Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

3 ounces of Gin

1 ½ ounce of grapefruit juice

1 sprig of thyme

grapefruit wedge

1 ½ ounce of St. Germain

How to prepare:

Combine all ingredients in a wine shaker and shake vigorously before straining into martini glasses.

Garnish with a thyme sprig and a wedge of grapefruit.
